Hyland Street Bassendean

The existing residence at Hyland Street is one that is highly in tune with the exterior spaces of the property, and wider landscape. Interior spaces are positioned to allow visual access in and out of the building, creating a ideal canvas on which to integrate a landscape design. Given the complexity of the project we performed an analysis exercise, looking in depth at the contributing factors. The outcome is one that integrates the clients south Korean heritage with their strong connection to nature, architectural geometric theory of the golden ratio and the strong contextual identity of wider Bassendean. We look forward to showing you the outcome as the works are currently under construction, updates to come.
